Yesterday we celebrated Thanksgiving, it was a lovely day, very warm for this time of year here in the North East. My turkey came out quite delicious, very juice and tender. This weekend I will start getting ready for Christmas, very much looking forward to decorating my home and entertaining, and spending time with our family and our dear friends.
