For the past eleven years on the first Friday of December, I have hosted a "Holiday Brunch" at my home. The group started with 7 stay at home moms, it has grown through the years, however, it is limited to how many I can sit at my dining room table, and that's 12.
Mimosas, baked ham, cheese blintzes, quiche, bacon, fruit salad and a baked item or two, is usually what's on the menu, along with interesting conversations and of course, wonderful friends.
For the table, I put together three pavé style arrangements, using ivory color Vendela Roses and Lily Grass, very simple but elegant.
Every year I look forward to this day, I can't think of a better way to start the holiday season.
