Colorful Mexico

My husband and I just recently traveled to Playa del Carmen, a small town about an hour south of Cancun, Mexico. It was nice, not as commercialized as other parts of Mexico we have traveled to in the past. We stayed at Royal Hideaway Playacar, a very quiet and relaxing resort. Here's my photo album, enjoy!

High Tea was served daily at 4:00pm

Sometimes accompanied by jazz

They call these Thai beds, they were placed near the beach and the pool area

Massage cabaña

We were there over Valentine's Day, this huppa was erected on the beach for a wedding that took place on that day

The color of the water is manificent

We went parasailing, it was our first time and it was a lot of fun!

Another view from above

So much fun, I did not want it to end

but it did, there's always another time!

What wonderful photos, I feel like Ive just been on Holiday too!
The colour of the sea was lovely, the hotel looked gorgeous, and everything looked so colourful!
Having not had a holiday "abroad" for years, it made me wish i could go!
Hope you had fun!

The feet high in the air was my favorite photo! I can't believe you brought along your camera!

Your vacation photo's are beautiful! My parents bought me a doll that looks just like the ones in your photo's when I was little except mine is wearing Eskimo clothes! I think you made a great trade. I know I'm getting tired of freezing!
